To help us fix things quickly, please include:

-   the email address on your Life24 account;
-   your phone model and OS version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18.1);
-   what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

## Privacy and data requests

To access, correct or delete your data, email the same address. Account deletion is explained on the [Delete account](https://life24.gocodingnow.com/delete-account) page.
